THE RETURN PROCESS
We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date your shelving was delivered. Return orders processed within the first 14 days will only be subject to return shipping fees. Returns within the timeframe of 14-30 days after the delivery date will incur a 15% restocking fee, along with return shipping fees.
All returns must be in perfect condition and made in the original packaging to ensure their safety when traveling back to us. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return.
Please note that we do not offer partial returns or returns on custom orders.
If you plan to return your order, we ask that you do so with the original packaging, padding materials included. Returns made without the original packaging may be subject to additional costs, which are to be subtracted from your refund.
Once we have received your return back at our warehouse, our team will process your refund within 1-2 business days. It may take around 5-7 business days for the bank to credit your account, depending on the institution. If your return credit takes longer than 7 business days, please let us know and we’d be happy to check in on your behalf.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing the order and we will refund you in full. Any cancellations requested 24 hours after the order has been placed will incur a 15% production fee deducted from the refund, as we will have already started production on the item. Items that have already shipped are ineligible for cancellation, but may qualify for a return.
An exchange is handled the same way as a return. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your item and let us know that you’d like to make a return. As soon as we have your item back at our warehouse, we will issue you a refund minus any applicable costs noted in our return policy. Your new order will be treated as a separate transaction and you can go ahead and place a new order on our site, or we can help you place it if needed.
IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGE
Any damages reported to our small batch heirloom shelving units are not taken lightly. In the unlikely event that your shipment experiences any harm, we ask that you please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can promptly and thoroughly investigate the cause. We ask you to please email photographs of the impacted areas to email@example.com
