WHERE WE SHIP
We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere international. That said, we are happy to send orders to any reshippers upon request that are located in the contiguous United States. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the carrier’s tracking number with the estimated arrival date. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us as soon as you place the order so we can do our best to accommodate accordingly.
ESTIMATED LEAD TIMES
The estimated lead time for each product is listed on its product page. Please note, this estimate does not include transit time, which may vary depending on the destination. Transit times differ and can take an average of 5-12 days to arrive.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order please notify us as soon as possible as we cannot change the address once your shipment is on the way.
IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR DEFECT
Any damages reported to our small batch heirloom shelving units are not taken lightly. In the unlikely event that your shipment experiences any harm, we ask that you please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can promptly and thoroughly investigate the cause. We ask you to please email photographs of the impacted areas to email@example.com
SHOULD I KEEP THE PACKAGING?
If you plan to ship back your order for any reason, we ask that you do so with the original packaging, padding materials included. Returns made without the original packaging may be subject to additional costs, which are to be subtracted from your refund.
